Return Policies

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • ​​We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
  • Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
  • Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
  • If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a gift card which can be availed at either of our 4 stores or on your next online purchase.
  • For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
  • If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order ID on info@sahilondon.in. We are available Monday-Saturday between 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.
  • Cancellation of orders are only permitted on COD orders which will be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations and refunds. Any refunds are issued in the form of gift cards equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within 6 (six) months. gift cards are non-refundable; and are only redeemable at our offline and online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.
  • Sahi London will not accept returns of any jewelry that have been worn or have had their hygiene tags removed. 

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologies if you have experienced any fault with your purchase. Please post your faulty item back to us. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue. Upon receipt of your faulty item, we will either refund or replace and dispatch as soon as possible

EXCHANGES

For Jewelry, Handbags & Accessories

We are unable to offer exchanges unless the item you need is a different size (rings only). Please contact our Customer Service team for more details. If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the original order for a refund, and place a new order. Any returned orders must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent back. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at Sahi’s discretion.

For Apparel

You may initiate the request of an exchange/return of a product if:

(a) Product does not fit;
(b) both the product and shipping package have been damaged;
(c) Product is defective;
(d) parts of the Product or accessory is missing;

You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
  • The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
  • Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
  • There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
  • The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
  • Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for return of product on sahilondon.in and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased products from you.
    We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Refunds will be made within ten working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to five working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received, with the hygiene tag (applicable for certain products) intact. Items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (India and International deliveries). Love Sahi will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their security tags removed. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
