We ship globally from our warehouses situated in London, Delhi (NCR) & Shanghai. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, and orders require a signature upon delivery.

Please see costs and delivery times below for various regions. Note orders with engravings will require an additional two working days.

We offer gift wrapping at an additional £3 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Just check the gift wrapping box at checkout.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries except India, (listed below in alphabetical order). We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Note that all orders require a signature at delivery.

Can I pick my order up from a address?

Unfortunately we're unable to provide pickup services at this point of time 

Can you deliver order to PO Box Address?

Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your order.

Can My order be redirected ?

Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been dispatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.

Do I have to pay import duties or taxes?

For destinations including the UK, EU, US, Australia, HK and Singapore, there are generally no import duties or taxes payable. For other destinations please see the table below for estimated charges.

If you live outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Please note that recipients outside the United Kingdom will be responsible for any

 IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES and any other additional charges
