- Track your order through the tracking number sent to your registered email once order is shipped from our warehouse.
- You will also receive tracking link and e-mail on your registered contact details.
- Potential delays may occur due to weather, peak shopping seasons, or if the delivery address is in a non-serviceable area.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable, even in the case of returns.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Note that all orders require a signature at delivery.
Can I pick my order up from a address?
Unfortunately we're unable to provide pickup services at this point of time
Can you deliver order to PO Box Address?
Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your order.
Can My order be redirected ?
Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been dispatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.
