Standard India dispatched within 1-2 working days and get delivered within 3-7 Days.
Express Shipping option also available on some items and some locations.

RETURNS

• We offer exchanges & returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours.
• Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the warehouse address. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pincode.
• Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
• Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
• If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a gift card which can be availed at either of our 4 stores or on your next online purchase.
• For ALL return orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note once QC on the product has been approved. This will be shared on your registered email address.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, WE WON’T PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE QUERY.
• If issues still persist, kindly drop us an email with your name and order ID on info@sahilondon.in. We are available Monday-Saturday between 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. All pending queries will be solved on priority within 24 hours.
• Cancellation of orders are only permitted on COD orders which will be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
• All prepaid orders are final. We do not offer any cancellations and refunds. Any refunds are issued in the form of gift cards equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within 6 (six) months. gift cards are non-refundable; and are only redeemable at our offline and online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.
• Sahi London will not accept returns of any jewelry that have been worn or have had their hygiene tags removed.
  

Our silver pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, which is an alloy made of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. They are plated in Rhodium, which is a rare costly metal that gives it extra shine and durability, and makes it less prone to tarnishing.

Our gold pieces are plated with a thick layer of 18 Karat Gold, ensuring our jewels have the highest polish and quality. We sometimes use 14 Karat Gold plating on larger pieces so that these will be a more subtle shade of gold.

Some tips on how to keep your jewellery shiny and (almost) new.

Avoid showering or bathing with your jewels! Contact with lotions and perfumes is not good for them too. And avoid wearing your jewellery when you work out - sweat can speed up the tarnishing process.

Store your jewellery separately, just so that they don’t get scratched. Ideally we recommend that you keep your jewels in our lined jewellery box or a soft pouch. If you live in a humid climate, keeping a small packet of dessicant crystals with them is a good idea.

Clean your jewellery with a polishing cloth to wipe away dirt and premature tarnishing. You will find that after just a light polish, the piece will look sparkly and new.

Warranty Info

Every piece of Sahi London is covered by our one year warranty.
Should your Jewellery or handbag suffer a breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no cost to yourself if returned in under one year of receipt of the product.

Care for Handbags

• Respect its elegant line design, do not overload;
• Keep them away from chemicals such as perfume, chlorine and hand sanitizer;
• If it gets wet, absorb moisture with a soft dry cloth;
• Avoid bearing too much weight and destroying its original shape;
• Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun or in high temperatures;
• Avoid rubbing leather goods and clothes that are easy to fade;
• When cleaning the bag, please wipe it carefully with a clean and soft cloth;
• When not in use, store in a dust bag and store in a cool, dry place;
• Do not touch the leather goods with blunt or sharp objects to avoid scratching;

• It is recommended to remove accessories before washing hands, exercising or going to bed
• Keep them away from chemicals such as perfume, chlorine and hand sanitizer
• After wearing, please wipe it clean and store it in a jewelry bag
• To ensure your Sahi London pieces stay bright and shiny for as long as possible,
• Store them in a cool dry place in an individual pour of box to avoid your Jewellery tangling or scratching each other.,
